These terms govern your access to Appylar, operated by Xeropex B.V., while it is in closed beta. By using the beta you agree to them.
Closed beta
Appylar is an invitation-only closed beta. It is under active development and may change, break or be unavailable at any time.
No guarantees
The beta is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. There is no uptime commitment or service level during the beta.
Feedback
Feedback you share with us may be used to operate and improve Appylar, without restriction and without any obligation or payment to you.
Intellectual property
Appylar, its SDKs and brand remain the property of Xeropex B.V. You keep full ownership of your apps, creatives and content — using the beta grants us no rights to them beyond running the service for you.
Ending the beta
We may suspend or end the beta, or any participant's access, at any time and for any reason.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xeropex B.V. is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the beta. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
